Simple AOP: integrating interceptors into Windsor

In the previous article of this serious we learned how to intercept method invocations using DynamicProxy2 and IInterceptors. However, we had to create the proxy instances manually. If you use Castle Windsor you can let the IoC container create the proxies and inject the interceptors.
