Pattern for Exposing-Subscribing events with AJAX.NET

In this post (like what's happens in Google mail when it wants to reconnect to Chat) i want to show you how can add events and event handlers to the custom JavaScript Object(class) and also Make sure you don't have multiple handlers with same functionality or same function(handler) name. I do that by extending AJAX.NET library with one useful method.
