SharePoint and custom 404 Page Not Found and UTF-8 issue with Firefox

This article decribes problems when deploying a custom 404 error page in SharePoint 2007 WCMS. There may be a 404 Page Not Found issue with FireFox since because of the UTF-8 encoding.
