A visual monitor to follow the health of your Agile Sprint

If you sometimes feel the need to see the current state of your scrum sprint, then have a look at the Open Source Scrum Sprint Monitor screensaver, hosted at CodePlex. It is meant to be proeminently displayed in the office environment, where everyone can see the amount of work done and remaining. It is written in WPF, and leverages MEF, WPF Toolkit and the Silverlight Toolkit. It can take advantage of up to two monitors, for a wealth of streamlined data.
