Simple Puzzle with two text files, play with your own logic

This is simple puzzle with two text files Question.txt and Answers.txt You have to read data from these text files store in somewhere and compare some data and then prepare a third text file which would be finalAnswer.txt . I have written my implementation you can write and share your if its more smart.
