FIX: PowerCommands for Visual Studio 2008 Crashes IDE

After searching around and finding various attempts at fixing the problem (my least favorite being to simply uninstall PowerCommands and cease using it), I decided to try the following solution, which has worked for everyone I know who has dealt with this issue.
