SQL Azure is now Feature-Complete (Unpublished)

SQL Azure (and the Windows Azure Platform) goes live next month. With the latest Community Technical Preview (CTP) SQL Azure is now feature-complete. In other words all the features that will be present at the November launch event are part of the latest CTP.
