Drawing Shapes - Silverlight WriteableBitmap Extensions III

Rene Schulte added some methods to his Silverlight WriteableBitmap extensions that allow to draw shapes directly to the bitmap. The extensions currently support points (SetPixel), lines, triangles, quads, rectangles, polylines and ellipses. This approach is a lot faster than using UIElement Shapes. He also included a smart demo effect and the full source code.
