Functoid Category, behaviors and restrictions

So I recently helped out a friend with a problem with a custom functoid. Turns out he couldn't link the output of the functoid to a string concatinate functoid despite the fact that it returned a string. Very frustrating indeed. Infact when I started viewing the code I started to share his frustration since I couldn't see anything wrong with it and it really didn't do any rocket science stuff.
