VisualStudio.NET vNext Feature Request: Multi-target IntelliSense

With all the partitioning happening in the WPF-like framework world (WPF, Silverlight, Silverlight for Windows Phone 7) there's a need for assistance from the tools in creation of code that works in all (several) of them. Here is an idea for one such feature for Visual Studio.
