How to programmatically set a value of a watermarked TextBox via JS

After the recent release of the new version of the Ajax Control Toolkit some client-side JavaScript technique has been changed. The article explains how how to use a TextBoxWrapper JavaScript class from the ACT to get or set value of a watermarked textbox.
