smtp4dev 2.0 released

The latest version of this useful development tool has just been released. Smtp4dev is a fake/development smtp server for Windows that allows you to test software that sends messages using the SMTP protocol. Smtp4dev captures messages and allows the developer to view and inspect them without delivering them.
