Project Managers make plans and the estimated hours of work required from each employee each month end up in a central database. Top managers want to see a synthesis of this by department and profession. Your job is to provide this synthesis using all the other information in that database described below. In particular, we are interested in Q1 of 2010 summarized by department and resource role. It requires you to manage overlapping date intervals where sometimes the overlap is inclusive and sometimes it is exclusive.
