NHibernate - Eager Fetch, Order By and a strange behavior with ICriter

Shows a strange behavior of ICriteria while using eager fetching on collection of items that have an order by clause applied in the mapping. The mapping order by seems to take over what you specify in the ICriteria. This doesn't happen when using HQL queries.
