Model first + many to many = easy!

Let's be frank, many-to-many relationships can be a bit more fiddly than they should be when working with them in a domain model. This post highlights how using a model first approach and generating the database from the model makes it easy to create many-to-many relationships, be it in SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL or most other relational database stores.
