@Ajax.ActionLink doing a postback (MVC)

lately I was doing some hands on in MVC3, I have seen that Microsoft has introduced an Ajax helper “@Ajax” which allows you to perform some level of Ajax based calls from client side without writing any line of JavaScript (great isn’t it?)
