Add a Custom Minifier to RequestReduce Auto Sprite and CSS/JS Cruncher

RequestReduce, an HttpModule providing automatic Image spriting and optimization as well as CSS and Javascript merging and minification, now exposes a small API to add your own Minification providers and settings along with other customizations.
