February CTP WinFX Runtime Components

The February 2006 CTP of the WinFX Runtime Components is now available. Note that there isn't an accompanying February CTP of the Expression Interactive Designer (EID), so you can't use the Feb CTP WinFx runtime components with the Jan CTP of the EID.
