Authenticated WebService calls using HTTPWebRequest.Credentials in C#

This example shows how to make a call to a web service where the standard vs2005 WebReference tool does not recognise the web service. In this case the web service is the Cisco AXL interface into CallManager and the WebReference tool fails because the the AXL service accepts only POST'ed requests. The code sample is in C#.
