Reinventing Code Review

For a lot of developers, code review is looked upon as being a painful - or even useless - part of their job. After analyzing how our code reviews used to work and contrasting them to the way that they are beginning to work, I can see why. We sat down to take a look at what did and did not work and came up with something that everyone code live with.
