Hardware Instancing in XNA

Krisc from jsedlak.org and the new focusedgames.com has created a sample on Hardware Instancing in XNA. In this sample Krisc covers how to do Hardware Instancing in Windows (note that this method will not work on the 360). There is also a hack for older ATI cards to get Hardware Instancing enabled on them as well. This hack is unneccessary on newer model cards and requires Managed DirectX 9 installed.
