Design Dilemma - To LINQ Or Not To LINQ?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to extend LINQ to address the need for dynamic query support in Nvigorate. I go over the criteria for my decisions, look at what other frameworks have been doing and talk about my difficulty implementing IQueryable.
