Build apps using the Visual Studio 2008 Shell for free (VSIP partners)

Microsoft is opening up the VS2008 Shell--royalty free (if you're a VSIP)--allowing partners to create applications that either stand alone or integrate with VS2008. This is available as of Orcas Beta 2.
