For effective and fast development, IDEs and Editors are the most important tools for us. As you might know, there are plenty of IDEs and Editors for programmers to make their life easier. Most of the high quality IDEs and Editors cost high, but many more out there costs nothing. For me, I have used Eclipse, Netbeans, Java Studio Creator, JDeveloper, VS Express, JEdit and Notepad++.
