Gravatar has added support for transparencies back. You'll need to go to their website and reup your avatars: http://gravatar.com

I'm not sure why my gravatar is still non-alpha'd here. It might take some time for the caches to update.

Yea probably -- I'm glad that made that change when they were initially saying it was never intended to support png files and the fact that it did was purely a bug.

That didn't seem to work - have they changed their url structure? Perhaps DNK needs to be updated?

1) Agh! Needs some ironing, apparently
2) They have changed their URLs. I link to a fix for BlogEngine.NET on my blog post
3) crpietschmann is right. I feel very bad for doing this. My only excuse is that Gravatars are used by many open source ASPNET apps.
