Syntax Highlighter for Windows Live Writer 2009(blog.dreamlabsolutions.com)

Use this syntax highlighter plugin with Windows Live Writer 2009 to display highlighted code in your blog. The plugin automatically inserts the <pre> block around your code excerpt, and it lets you choose out of many options, based on how you would wish your highlighted code to look like.
