This is probably well known, but always worth repeating. I know too many developers that have their screens tilted in odd ways...

Does that mean I can put my head back and look through half closed eyes? I guess I'll get a stiff neck if I do that.

I can't lower my monitor, but I could stand up. And I sometimes do, to vary my positions. I guess I just need a lower desk.
