I've been trying to put together a link list of things that have helped me improve as a developer over the last couple of years.  This is far from complete, but it's a start.  I'm not saying this is an absolute "you have to know these things" list or that it will work for everyone out there, it's just things I've found to be really helpful for me.  As always, your mileage may vary.  What's helped you the most?
