ObservableServiceHost - An InstanceContext aware WCF ServiceHost

ObservableServiceHost is a custom WCF ServiceHost that adds an event when a new serice InstanceContext is created. This can be a useful addition to some, but hopefully the it will help demonstrate the flexibility of the extension mechanisms in WCF.

What happened to the WCF Extensions for Visual Studio 2005

What happened to the WCF Extensions for Visual Studio 2005. They made it up to CTP 3, but when Visual Studio 2008 came out they were stopped. And now the links are avialable for download. So those using Visual Studio 2005 need to upgrade to 2008 just to use Wcf and other .Net 3.0 components.
