Herding Code Podcast: Episode 9 with Rob Conery
Excellent PodCast Thanks.
TuneTweeter
This is very cool. Want Zune as well as windows media player support and then I am sold. =)
@TheColonial While I agree with you on many fronts. Twitter is very jammed up with other applications spewing forth stuff that is undesirable. It is your choice to follow or remove people from the twitter list that use any apps that might clutter up your experience. However there is no reason not to use a very "open" api for learning and development.

<rant><mso>so you would rather use frontpage/dreamweaver to edit your html/xhtml? Wow. I would rather a serious kick in the pants than to use those types of applications to "shortcut" my html/xhtml development. </mso></rant> ***This comment wrote in frontpage***
Visual Studio Theme Generator
This is cool! Thanks. :D
ASP.NET gets no Respect
While I like ROR and the speed in which one can write it. <rant>I feel due to the ASP.NET team (Scott Gu and friends)making what in my mind was closed source (unavailable libraries) available and hiring open source developers as well as those in the community aimed at making the web a more "well oiled" (using machine reference here cause shouldn't it be considered that?) Engine able to produce better commerce and social networking while keeping a grip on security and best practices (wow that was a long sentence). So to compare technologies like ROR, PHP, Java (I know I am missing some) with ASP.NET. The idea is not to downplay and say one is better than the other but to find more ways to work closer with these various techniques and improve the overall user experience. ASP.NET does deserve respect and has gained mine through Microsoft making moves to integrate and play nice with developers as well as those technologies we think are the "Best" Long live the web. Now pass me a cup of web2.0</rant>

I will stick with Subsonic thanks... Microsoft needs to get a clue
Adobe Flex reaches out to .NET developers
I wonder what adobe will say. It could only be better if adobe offered this tool free to visual studio licensee's. That would for sure make Microsoft happy as Microsoft does not give the expression tools away for free.
