How many (and which) extensions and/or add-ins are you running. I've seen a lot of the out of memory issues being related to improperly written extensions. Also, keep in mind that *some* of these issues aren't strictly Visual Studio 2010 issues but rather WPF related issues.

It's great that you do list the fixes/updates from Microsoft when they are available.

As far as extensions are concerned , i have only CodeRush installed ...

Anyways , i feel that there might be an update available for other issues too in Microsoft Connect , and will update the blog when i find one :)

Have you tried this without CodeRush installed? I have heard of people running into memory related problems with CodeRush installed. Even though VS2010 greatly improved the way add-ins/extensions interact, there is still a limited amount of memory that Visual Studio can provide to extensions/add-ins which must be shared by all of the extensions/add-ins that you have installed plus the ones that are internal to Visual Studio.
