Fixing Visual Studio Smart Tags after installing LINQ May CTP(spellcoder.com)

When you install LINQ May CTP, you'll notice that all smart tags in visual studio are not working, including renaming, resolve namespace, create method stub ... etc, and it is not fixed even when you uninstall LINQ, this is the solution I found.
