How to open a project file in Visual Studio 2008 for editing(danrigsby.com)

Shows how to use PowerCommands to open a csproj file in VisualStudio for editing purposes instead of actually "opening" the project. This gives you the visual studio xml editor as well as the built in intellisense for the msbuild schema. Its a great set of tools to install.
