Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development server conflict w(phanibitra.co.cc)

I created "New Web Site" and Started Debugging the page to see the blank page rendered. To my surprise, IE 7.0 displayed an error message saying: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
