NuGet Feed is a new website which enables developers to track release of the NuGet Packages they make use of via RSS feeds, Google Chrome plugin. The team behind the site have made it easy for you to start tracking the packages you use via a Visual Studio Extension which will pick up your projects references and import them into the NuGetFeed site. Very nice, we need community sites like this to give us some information on Nuget packages outside what is available in the repo. This makes it very easy to see what's popular, or new and upcoming.

Indeed... not everyone goes into Extension Manager and checks for updates of Nuget packages each, for a start!

If you're using Orchard, I wrote a widget that displays packages on Orchard sites. This is awesome though, a simple transformation idea that'll promote upcoming packages.
