You may also want to try Amethyst, our Visual Studio Flex IDE, currently in beta. We are going to release two versions - Amethyst Personal (free and optionally including the free Visual Studio Shell edition) and Amethyst Professional. Amethyst PE will have editing, debugging and ActinScript code completion. Amethyst Professional will also have a visual design environment. You can currently try out beta 2: http://sapphiresteel.com/Adobe-Flex-IDE-Amethyst-Beta-2
