Oh my, visual studio is really great IDE software, it makes all the things for me and now i could really dive into thinking the real problems of my software needs. But where is analytical thinking?

software complexity is moving away from algorithms and moving more to design. Being able to write a whole program in binary doesn't make you smart, it makes you stupid. Use VS, make better software, and do your more critical thinking about UI design, db design, and you will end up with a much better product. Especially with CPUs today, you don't have to worry about having the absolute best performance. Unless your client is willing to pay for that additional time.

What in God's name are you talking about?

An algorithm is a thing. Design(ing) is a verb. Something can also be well or poorly designed (adjective).

Last time I checked (it has been a while ;) ), design (as in, the practice/process of designing) is also a noun.
