A WPF Busy State Indicator attached behavior(sweux.com)

This WPF behavior binds to a developer provided property that determines whether the app/dialog/region is in a busy state. When the property turns true, the background is gradually dimmed and a circular progress indicator animation is shown. User input can optionally be prohibited during the busy state.
