Name scopes within templates are not supported(devblog.ailon.org)

When you host a WPF control in a Template and the control tries to create a NameScope you get an exception like "NameScopeProperty found within the content of a FrameworkTemplate, on a ... object. Name scopes within templates are not supported". Here's how to solve it.
