WPF features a rich text box control for working with rich text content. Unfortunately there's no provided UI for actually editing the content in the rich text box however WPF Elements 3.0 includes a RichTextToolBar to do the job for you. With 5 professional themes, this blog post shows how developers can quickly create a great rich text editing experience for their end users.
