The 2019 Board of Trustees election is underway!
Over the last weeks, the voting members have submitted many nominations for new Board of Trustee members, and eleven people have agreed to participate in the 2019 election.
Each candidate will be listed below, with a link to a personal campaign statement. The campaign statements are being done on the F# Community Forums, which allow for detailed questions and answers, so engage with the candidates, ask questions, make your recommendations, and help shape the future of the F# Software Foundation!
There is also a new #2019_board_campaign channel on the F# Software Foundation Slack. Feel free to ask questions of your candidates there, as well.

Election Process
The plan for the elections is to use the following tentative schedule (subject to change):
- May 3rd: Nominations for new Board of Trustees is opened to Sustaining Member and Sponsor Delegates
- May 13th: Nominations close
- May 14th: Campaigning for all nominees begins
- May 27th: Voting opens
- May 30th: Voting ends
- May 31st: Annual Member meeting held at 18:00 UTC, new Board of Trustees announced
