NHibernate - prepare_sql and some considerations on mapping very long

Some considerations about NHibernate 3 alpha2 and NHibernate 2.1.x with prepare_sql=true default behaviour when it comes to mapping very long string fields to Sql Server nvarchar(max) and varchar(max) columns.
