Why "Technical Debt" should be narrowly focused

My post What Technical Debt is and Isn't got a lot of feedback, and today we're going to talk about why my definition for Technical Debt is so narrow, and why yours should be too. The feedback encompassed a few categories, "Future change", and "Bad Decisions".
