Windows 11 Dev Channel insiders can now safely switch to Beta Channel

Microsoft recently released the first build of Windows 11 (Beta) Preview to the Windows Insiders Beta Channel. This build was released to the Dev Channel last week. Microsoft confirms that no new build will be pushed to the insiders in the Dev Channel.
