Taking .NET MAUI for a spin

I've been keeping an eye on MAUI - the .NET Multi-platform App UI - for a while, but I've only recently actually given it a try. MAUI is essentially the evolution of Xamarin.Forms, embracing WinUI 3 and expanding from a mobile focus to desktop apps as well.
