Windows 11 Build 22616 adds an early preview of Xbox controller bar

Microsoft releases a new update to the Windows 11 insiders, and interestingly, this build is rolling out in both the insider Dev Channel and Beta Channel users. That means you can still switch from the Dev Channel to Beta Channel if you are likely to do so!
