Visual Studio 2022 v17.2 Preview 6 adds Win App SDK 1.0.3

Microsoft recently releases the 6th preview build to Visual Studio 2022 version 17.2. The latest preview update doesn't bring any new features to the IDE but adds a couple of fixes and improvements.
