Help your EPiServer CMS editors with a smarter PageReference property

One way of helping, or rather guiding, the editors in EPiServer CMS that I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time would be to create a custom property with which an editor only can select page that are of a specific, or a group of specific, page types.
