Programming Like an O'Neil Disciple

Bill O'Neil is the founder of Investor's Business Daily and is one of the greatest of the "Chartests" that have made millions in the stock market consistently and in both good and bad market trends. I have read some of his books and consider myself one of his disciples and have had success so far in following his advice. Investing in stocks is very technical and has many things in common with developing software. By using Bill's own laws as a guide we can apply them to programming with the same kind of results.
